Kate DeSimone sold our house in four days. She was very professional and courteous. Her knowledge of the business was pretty extensive. She guided us through the process very easily. She was always very prompt when we called a meeting and answered our calls promptly when we had questions. Kate  was the best realtor anyone could ask for.

I consider Kate the BEST agent out there. Why? Because she literally gave her heart and soul working on this day and night to get us the house of our dreams. A phone call or text never went unanswered, and there were many times where she would drop everything to meet us, an inspector, or the  occasional gas man. I appreciated the fact she was honest with us about everything and gave great advise. She treated us like family, even brought a cute little game for my daughter to play with.
