I consider Kate the BEST agent out there. Why? Because she literally gave her heart and soul working on this day and night to get us the house of our dreams. A phone call or text never went unanswered, and there were many times where she would drop everything to meet us, an inspector, or the  occasional gas man. I appreciated the fact she was honest with us about everything and gave great advise. She treated us like family, even brought a cute little game for my daughter to play with.
